What is covered by Hack Club?

Hack Club will cover the following costs:

tickets
lodging on the night of the 30th and 31st
up to $150 USD for domestic flights and up to $400 for int’l flights

If you feel that travel stipends are too limited, please reach out! Needs-based stipends are available

hack club unfortunately will not cover the following costs:

visa/passport appointment fees
food costs
travel to and from the airport to the hotel

Can I buy my parts and be reimbursed after?

Yes*! Reimbursements are not guaranteed, but as long as you put your best effort into the project, even if it doesn’t work in the end, you’ll most likely recieve it.

*Reimbursements are not supported for the following countries due to local laws and regulations:
